		<description>Thanks for adding your insight, Penelope!  I think you&#039;re right about how our specific jobs contribute to how our experience and brand are perceived.  When I hear about nonprofit execs who&#039;ve been in the field for 20 years, I do wonder about the jobs they&#039;ve had that shaped their careers.  It&#039;s something to think about - even though you want to create your own brand, the companies you&#039;ve worked for may actually help with that, especially by way of credibility.</description>
