Being in human resources, I think many times, managers comes to us in hopes for a "magic pill", a "program" or "policy" that would help drive results, but truly, you've hit it right on. No pill, program or policy can substitute the actual/manual process of relationship building between managers and employees to truly learn of each other's aspiration. I love that! Being in human resources, I think many times, managers comes to us in hopes for a “magic pill”, a “program” or “policy” that would help drive results, but truly, you’ve hit it right on. It's a place you can live for years and never experience everything. Everytime I'm up there, I feel alive. I think that would be the perfect environment for someone like you. In any event, this program really sounds fulfilling. As I've told you before, you're well on your way! This will be the perfect way to start the new year. I actually know John Heldrich (for whom it's named)--he's very big in the circles in which I work in NJ. A very sweet, unassuming guy whose name belongs to a really cool hotel now.
