I've always wanted to help others but I never really knew how to before reading this post. I am a senior in a Human Services Admin. undergrad major and I've been looking for ways to "get out there" in the Human Services field. Aside from full-time school and full-time work, I still have many hours of free time that I am eager to devote to a worthy cause. Serving on a nonprofit board will give me the experience I need and a better perspective on the types of communities I'll be serving. Thank you very much for this post and all of your others.
