		<description>An older, but still timely post, Rosetta.  I would venture to say that there are folks who are ON Twitter who still don&#039;t really &quot;get&quot; the phenomenal benefits.  Speaking personally, Twitter has helped me to grow my email list substantially, connect with some of the most creative minds in the industry, meet a number of amazing people IRL and step outside of the box in terms of my thinking (nonprofit folk can be pretty stodgy :-).</description>

		<description>I haven&#039;t dabbled with twitter in all its glory, but I do believe it is a good tool to stay on top of things that you may not have otherwise thought of. As long as you know what you are trying to accomplish and how it could help your organisation, then it is a good tool.
