		<description>What an awesome theme for the month, and I LOVE that you&#039;re highlighting contemporary leaders, too. I love history, but I also believe that we&#039;re making tomorrow&#039;s history today, and I really appreciate learning about some of those who are forging this path. This will help me survive a cold and snowy February!</description>
