		<description>Rosetta: I was doing some research on young philanthropy and came across your post. Reading down I was encouraged by all you were reporting. Great stuff, great writing and then bang. You dropped the racism bomb. Someday I hope you will come to see that racism has many faces and your comment demonstrates that you are no different than those you plastered. Racism will exist as long as its o.k. to label and blast people based on beliefs, or color, or practices. Racism will exist as long as people can&#039;t disagree without writing inflamatory and deragotory statements toward those they disagree with. Racism will exist as long as it&#039;s wrong for someone to hate persons of color but its o.k. for you to slam members of the &quot;tea party and right wingers&quot;. Until we can disagree and air our convictions without hatred and verbal or physical violence, racism will exist. It&#039;s not just about  race, its about differences and we all have a long way to go. Including you. </description>
