Social Media Boot Camp (4-8 Hour Session at Your Office or Training Venue)
Having trouble getting your organization’s name out there to clients, donors, members and the media? Do you want to use social media tools as part of your communications but feel strapped for time to try to learn them all? Do find yourself wishing someone could just sit you down for a few hours with your laptop and show you the ropes? If you answered yes to any of the above, the Social Media Boot Camp is for you! During this half-day or daylong (your choice), hands-on training, you will learn:
- How to create a “social media mission statement” to improve your organization’s productivity online
- Which social media tools would be most effective to propel your particular organization’s mission (hint: you probably don’t need them all!)
- Step-by-step how to set up your organization’s social media profiles, plus tools to streamline your status updates and content creation
- Best practices (plus important do’s and don’ts) for using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and blogging as tools to advance your cause
- How to empower staff to leverage social media to connect with supporters, donors, allies and press
The Social Media Boot Camp is 4-8 hours in duration to be held in person at your office or training venue. By the end of the day, you will be all set up for success online.
